Connects to the Hugging Face Hub to browse, search, and download public datasets.

Connection Settings

No connection fields required. The adapter uses the public Hugging Face Hub API. To access private datasets, set the HUGGINGFACE_TOKEN environment variable.

Authentication

Public datasets: no credentials needed. Private datasets: set a Hugging Face access token via environment variable or the HF CLI (huggingface-cli login).

Supported Actions

• download — download dataset files from the Hub
• search_by_name — search for datasets by name or keyword
